My double room was equipped with a private safe, central heating, and an iron. Very comfy beds, the staff were lovely. This hotel was set in a riverside area very close to magnificent views of the Dom Luís bridge and Vila Nova de Gaia with all the port wineries as well as tourist area.

It was important to get wheelchair accessible room with nice decor, fridge, for example and that went well. This accommodation had a riverside setting in the best part of town. The staff was pretty friendly and around most of the time.

Everything was perfect, loved our extra special stay. The room was very well decorated, had LOVELY private bathroom. We had a lovely river view. The most important was the staff - best and excellent people. The hotel's location was central, near the river.

Everything was fabulous, and it had good wi-fi. The staff was especially helpful and extremely friendly. The food was fab and there were lots of dishes in the menu. Btw, the airport was 20 km away. I didn't want to leave and would definitely come back there.

Had a well decorated and amazingly comfortable room with incredible views, evening music plus interesting decor, and I couldn't ask for more. The breakfast had a great selection of selection, the food was excellent. The hotel was set in a riverside area next to the Dom Luís bridge and Gran Cruz House. In general the staff were superfriendly and amiable.

It is a beautiful property located in Uniao de Freguesias do Centro district so close to the singers/bars as well as the Douro river. There is a huge variety of excellent food for breakfast. The staff are accommodating and the location is excellent in the best part of town.
